And being willing to take risks – and even fail along the way – can strengthen your reputation, help you come up with innovative and original ideas, and lead to new opportunities. It can help you start a new business, land a job you love, and follow your craziest entrepreneurial dreams. So when you do fail, take the opportunity to learn so you can grow. Failure won’t kill you but your fear to fail just may keep you from success”.
